Settlement has caused problems with the concrete
The back patio became a trip hazard with 2 inches of settlement.
NexusPro is used here to fill in the cracks and joints through the concrete. This is waterproof, so it helps prevent water from getting through and under the slabs.
Though the driveway only had minor concerns, this homeowner decided to be proactive with his concrete. We used Polylevel to stabilize the concrete under, and NexusPro to fill the minor cracks and joints to prevent water from washing out under the slabs.
The uneven slabs around the pool had become a major tripping hazard.
