Elizabeth Odorisio

Elizabeth is the Human Resources Manager here at Thrasher. In this role, she works to identify, select, and train managers and employees on the HR Management Information System, as well as coach managers on how to interview candidates, evaluate employees, set goals, and conduct objective performance reviews.

Born and raised in Omaha, NE, Elizabeth attended the University of Nebraska Omaha, where she graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Human Resources. With over 10 years of professional experience in Recruiting and Human Resources before her time at Thrasher, Elizabeth has always loved to work with people and help them overcome challenges. Elizabeth says that she loves working at Thrasher because we are "doing what we say we are going to do. So many people take this for granted and don't follow through to completion."

Outside of work, you can find Elizabeth golfing and hanging out with friends and family. She also enjoys attending sporting events and concerts.
