We had tons of water in our basement and a neighbor had used Thrasher years ago and had a system put in. Our neighbor has had good luck with their system, so we thought it was worth a try. After almost three months of wet vacuuming and placing blankets over leaks to keep water from ruining our furnace, we were ready to try something to stop it. Our Specialist, Cole, was very informative and helpful when he came to talk to us. Mel and his crew were thoughtful and efficient in putting in the system. We had some questions and concerns and Mel answered our questions. It has only been 24 hours, but the water has stopped leaking in the basement and we were able to rest easier with the torrential rains last night.
