I wanted to write and say Thank you! We purchased a house that has a Thrasher system in it, and since we ve moved in since February there have been two representatives out. Both were very friendly and very knowledgeable. The first came out and helped explain the system we have and answered any questions or concerns. He checked to make sure our sump pump was working. The second (Kyle) came out because I had a leak in the basement ceiling. Although the issue had nothing to do with your system, Kyle did everything he could to help me find a reason why there was a leak. He even offered to help me pull some drywall down to see what was causing it. Every single interaction I ve had with you guys has been a good one! Whether it is on the phone or a field rep, they have always showed concern and have been very pleasant to deal with. I will need a new sump pump and dehumidifier soon, and when the time comes Thrasher will be the only one I go to. Thanks again and keep it up, because people/companies like you are hard to come by.
