The sales representative and his presentation were "perfect - no hard sell - factual information on which the customer can base decisions...respectful and helpful before, during and since transaction." The installation crew was "very courteous - went the 'extra mile' in preparation and caring for protecting home." The job site clean-up was "outstanding! Less clean up for me than expected!!"
