Reputation, professional service, quick follow-up to appointments, responsiveness. I had multiple contacts from Thrasher before other contractors even returned my phone calls. The whole experience has exceeded my expecations. If we all provided the level of customer support that Thrasher's does, it would be a totally different world. My wife and I are Realtors, and we will recommend Thrasher to our clients when they have basement problems.
