I was very pleased with the professionalism of each Thrasher team member I came in contact with. Each person was pleasant and thorough in their explanation of what I could expect for the project. The team that came to our home was great. Lead person was Nick. The team was very professional, efficient, did quality workmanship, and their cleanup was impressive. I also appreciated that they allowed me to watch them as they worked on the project as this gave me an opportunity to see all the steps from demo to completion which gave me a first hand look at each part of the repair. I liked this as it gave me an actual view of all aspects of the projects. Hopefully this will end our water problems and you will never have to hear from me again. ?
