It is with great pleasure that I write to commend you for your excellent product and even more professional people. The world would be a much better place if everything worked as well as Thrasher. I have had two separate crews at my house to install two separate Sump Pumps. (My house is old and eclectic with the previous owners attaching additions almost willy-nilly.) Both crews were excellent, efficient, and pleasant. They took great care to isolate the work areas from the rest of the basement and I can say with certainty that the work areas were cleaner after they left than before they came. Your representative, Kevin, was courteous and pleasant. He took great care to explain in detail what I needed how long it was going to take and what it would cost. He was respectful of my time and flexible in scheduling our appointments. After our initial meeting, your crew came out and fixed my problem, one area that I believed to have been fixed by a previous contractor turned out not to be. Kevin came right back out and outlined my options. I explained that this problem was holding up other work that was scheduled in the remodeling and he said that he would see what he could do. I received a call the next day to see if it was alright to have a crew there in the morning! I know that you are extremely busy this time of year and that the waiting time for your services can be long. I truly appreciate that you were able to accommodate my needs in an extremely timely manner. In closing, I would like to reiterate that everyone with whom I have come in contact: from the receptionist on the phone to the crew foreman was an excellent ambassador for Thrasher. Combining that with an excellent product, you have a sure-fire prescription for success.
