I probably don't write to thank and congratulate businesses as often as I express my concerns, but I really wanted to compliment your organization. I had 3 companies come and do an estimate. Your representative, Tom, was on time and professionally dressed. This was in stark contrast to the other two firms. As a business executive, I know that these things don't happen by accident, and so right away I was pre-sold to use your firm- even if it was going to cost me a little more. After quickly surveying the problem, Tom told me that the best and most permanent solution was to move my retaining wall away from the foundation and wood siding. This solution made more sense to me than those recommended by the other companies, and Tom was happy to offer the solution despite knowing it would mean no work for Thrasher. To me, that is the sign of a great company- employees that are empowered and a corporate set of values. So, where does that leave me and Thrasher? Well, first, if I ever do have a real basement and/or water problem, I will not hesitate to contact you. Second, I'll tell my friends and colleagues about my positive experience. Thanks!
