I actually give them a 4.8. They forgot to put the bottom riser back on my bottom step. In truth, I would have to remove that anyway as I am going to replace the vinyl flooring in that room. Also, they moved my grill for access (I told them they could) and they forgot to move it back. These are the only MINOR issues I had.

What made you choose our company:

Your commercials were what made me make the call. The experience I had with the sales rep is what sealed the deal. He knew his product, knew how to explain it at my level of expertise, was not pushy at all. The only thing he didn't know was that the sump pump could not be installed within 5 ft of the electrical panel. So when the installation crew came out, we had to make a minor adjustment. It does not change at all the overall wonderful experience I had.
