Your rep Dan Hilkemann was GREAT !!! Unfortunately I cringed when I saw the logo on your truck that said “thrasher promise”When we had water problems 30 years ago , you were the only company that supposedly guaranteed your work . Unfortunately ... after tens of thousands of dollars ... our problem Was NOT SOLVED SO YOU TOLD US THAT SINCE YOU COULDN’T find the problem you would recommend another huge expense of putting a second wall and sump pump to solve it when it did come in. If we would have know how much it cost to try to solve it , we were would have remodeled the front of the house and created a new exterior, instead of tearing up sidewalks, removing brick from the house , digging a trench around the house and applying plastic exterior all of which did NOT solve the problem but kicked the can down the road . Sorry for this long dissertation . Many sleepless nights of mopping floors and tearing up carpet still frustrates us !!! But if we do not have the annual maintenance you say you can’t guarantee your work so ... we are stuck ....
