I feel that everyone who came out was professional and friendly. My main complaint is that communication appeared to be lacking at times. For example, no one had informed us that our yard would be marked for digging despite not having any digging work. Additionally the team who came out to complete the job did not get the memo (that I was told was provided) that our job required additional materials. It was nothing major, but slowed the process down and I'm sure was frustrating for the team.
They were very kind and professional. It seemed they took a lot of effort to ensure I was thoroughly informed as to what they were doing, what they did and adequately answered all my questions.

What made you choose our company:
I have family who had work completed by Kansas Basement in the past. I also had Kansas Basement inspect a basement for me in the past, and I felt they were more honest than a competitor and did not try to upsell me just because I am female (as I believe the other company attempted to do).
