Probably your advertising and we checked out some things in advance. We have been impressed with everybody along the way in terms of being polite, professional, thorough, and explain things as work proceeds. Originally, some things were done first that probably should have been done later and that put the original need to straighten a pillar more problematic. But your people have stuck with it and we should - in about a month or so - be finished with the project and hopefully satisfied! Appreciate the efforts to make it right.
