What made you choose our company:

Mike was willing to come over and take a look at my job when quoting a neighbor's driveway repair. He no-bid that work (they are honest enough to say "no" when they feel they can't guarantee their solution will last, a tree root was involved in this case). I was impressed with this and the 5-year guarantee for their foam leveling technique. The bid included burying a downspout, routing the water away from the house, as well as sealing all around the slab and between the patio and sidewalk, where more water drains from the large driveway. Dakota and Nick of the core crew were skilled and accommodating of my concerns, not just offering a cookie cutter solution. The sidewalk leveling was a little more involved than they realized, but they put in the extra time and effort for a satisfactory result, again taking my input. The new drain line is exactly what we agreed to in advance, but I'm finding that that the soil replaced in the trench was a bit too loosely packed so I've been watering it in , compacting it and adding more fill, a minor inconvenience. I also used some of the leftover spoil to create a bank up against an exposed edge of the slab, something a more experienced crew might have thought to do on their own. Overall, a very high quality job, one I'm confident will last for years. I'd hire Thrasher again, and may in fact do so, to add some hardscape for better drainage along the foundation wall below the patio ( one good repair can lead to another!). The quote was very competitive, and the quality of their work seems to live up to the promises.
