The individual who did the initial evaluation has been very responsive, replying to text messages about whether preparation for the repair was adequate (relocation of pipes, emptying a storage cupboard, etc.). Additionally, I texted him the evening of the foundation stabilization about a door above the cellar opening only part way. He responded promptly and had the team send a team member here the next morning, who efficiently fixed the problem.
