Oh man, so . . . I had the distinct pleasure to have met Matt, Blake, Owen and Cody for the past four days. Matt, as the team lead, is so courteous and respectful during all interfaces and truly passionate about his work and customer satisfaction! Given the topography of the landscape, Matt, Blake and Owen met all the challenges head-on! I empathized with the team and all they were up against - and again, their dedication and devotion to not only overcome the obstacles, but still retained the “CAN-DO” attitude to meet and eventually exceed my expectations.
