Our Overall Service
Overall, we were happy with the communication with the installation crew. Salesman did a great job selling the products, but should have told us we needed an outlet by the pump. We would have had that installed before installation. The process took longer than we were told at consult. The salesperson should know how long the installation takes, always predict longer.

Sales Process
Great sales pitch, he knew his products. The videos were quick and easy and explained the process more in depth. The salesperson should know how long it would take for installation. Told us i2 days and it took them 5 to complete the project. Especially for those of us who live 4 hours away from the project.
Our Installation Crew
Great communication, but needed a bigger crew for that size of project. Also, work longer hours. The crew would arrive anywhere from 9-10 am and then leave between 3-4 usually.
