I am so thankful that THIS spring and summer I don't have to worry about a wet basement every time it rains! I am also interested in replacing more of my basement windows in the future (one window was replaced during your visit).
Complete and accurate description of process

One small wall area that needed replacement concrete was missed. One electrical box that was opened to permit work completion was not re-covered.
