Sales Process
James was very professional in his presentation.Very experienced, knowledgeable and walked us through the list of things he identified as needing attention. We did not have deep knowledge of the challenges when it comes to foundations, but James was patient in helping through the process. He took the time to help us understand the issues and what could be done.
Our Installation Crew
Rolando, the project manager, was terrific! You could tell he was focused on excellence, and we had multiple conversations throughout the team’s 2-day work schedule. Team members Isaac and Grey were so hard working and they seemed to really enjoy their work. And all three worked in rain the first day. These guys were kind and joyful!
The Cleanup Process
We were VERY impressed with the cleanup process. Due to the weather ( and a hailstorm days before, it was very muddy with yard debris in the yard. The driveway was a mess and we were elated to see Isaac using a power spray to clean it. My wife was impressed how the entire crew worked together to deliver the complete project with a bow on top. Each team member had terrific personalities and were focused on delivering a quality product!
