Sales Process
System design specialist was professional and informative on first visit. Signed for service on first visit. Called and asked him to look at another issue. Said he would come. Did not. Called and asked him to verify date of service. Said he would call back and verify. Did not call. Would advise anyone to make sure all questions are asked and answered on initial visit.
Our Installation Crew
Our installation crew (two young men) were very good. Unfortunately they ran into an issue which required much more time to accomplish and ran into scheduling issues. Made arrangements to come by early on way to other jobs and time constraints were obvious and concerning. Very heavy work schedule and distance from each project. Think scheduling issues impacted the completion of our project, Actually would go 4.5 on scale if available.
