The project needed some touchup and crew returned
Call Representative
She (Abby) was very attentive when we aksed the crew to return to finish the project, she told us they would come Wednesday but did not communicate what time. They finally touched base at 4:30 pm and were more than an hour away. We had to reschedule for the next day. It would have been better if we had known which day part was scheduled so we could do other things away from our home that day. We canceled morning doctor appointments.

The Cleanup Process
Crew had to return to clean up leftover materials and attach vapor barrier in several spots that had already begun to pull away from the wall. Left drain open and did not test to see if it is functional. Cement work was not smooth and had several tripping hazards. They returned a week later and professionally finished the project and addressed all concerns.
