Would have gotten 5 stars if we would have known about the plumbing work that we were going to have to do in advance

I was pleased with the level of knowledge and information shared during the quoting process and appreciated how clearly everything was explained regarding the fixes needed for our basement foundation. I felt good about the discounts we received and the transparency around planned price increases in 2025. However, I was surprised to learn at the last minute that the EverBrace wall on the north side of the building could not be installed without relocating plumbing located about a foot in front of the wall—an unexpected $2,500 expense. A heads-up about this earlier in the process would have been greatly appreciated.

The installation crew was polite, professional, and flexible throughout the entire process. They took the time to explain what they were doing, were respectful of our space, and worked efficiently despite a few unexpected challenges. Their professionalism and willingness to adapt made the installation experience a positive one.

Seems like everything went well and I didn't have any issues.
