Mike, the crew lead was good at communicating the progress and asking for input periodically throughout the duration of the project. However, he under estimated the time it would take to complete the job resulting in finishing up much later than expected in the evening of the final day making the job seem a bit rushed at the end. The installation of the plumbing for the TimeMachine2 was sloppy according to a professional plumber who came in to repair some plumbing that had to be removed to facilitate the project. Also someone removed some of the landscaping rock next to the house without replacing it and left a piece of vinyl hose with water still in it inserted into a freezeless faucet which consequently froze. Have yet to determine if the faucet’s integrity was compromised.

Due to the lateness of the hour at finishing, the cleanup was a bit less than stellar.
