Job review from Richard in Harrisonville, MO 64701 on 02/03/26

In the past, we have been satisfied with the work done to our driveway and sidewalks. The last visit we had, the technicians worked on a lower sidewalk. which had previously been raised. It had sunk (couple inches) and the tech said he couldn't raise it to the previous level .????? It had been raised before to be level with the storm drain, but now we will have standing water after a rain. It was VERY cold when the work was done and I was unable to go outside, because of health complications, to inspect the work. The previous work that we had with other workers was great; this last experience was questionable.
