The reason I'm giving "5" is because they came back and fixed the gap in the covers and removed the live and dead squirrels.
Call Representative
The second time I call to request some to come back and check the back gutter for a dead squirrel the call rep suggested I call an exterminated. I called again a week later because no one had come to check the gutter. I called a second time to explain why this was not acceptable and she said she was have someone the next day. He came and did find the dead squirrel right where we thought he was. The dead squirrel was removed and we were thankful!
Our Installation Crew
John and his crew fixed the gaps in all the gutter and even a live squirrel jumped out on him and he almost fell from his ladder. It was an extremely cold that morning! I was impress they even showed up and was successful with fixing the gaps. He was so successful that a live squirrel was hiding in the back gutter and couldn't get out of the back gutter. John came back today and immediately found the dead squirrel right where we suspect he froze during the night and died.
