Sales Process
The salesman was very pleasant and helpful. Fortunately I have construction experience and knew to remove anything between the slab and the lower walls. Had I not completed this prior to the arrival of the crew it would have been wasted trip. I would recommend more training and construction/field experience for the sales team

The Cleanup Process
The crew spread grit over the calking for gaps around the edges of the slab in the garage. Then they used a leave blower to blow the remaining grit out of the garage. This covered everything in the garage with a layer of fine grit.
