Sean Madole

Sean Madole is the President of Madole Construction, a leading name in the construction industry. Sean's journey in construction began during his teenage years when he worked alongside his father, Ray. He went on to pursue higher education at the United States Air Force Academy, earning a BS in Management. Following graduation, Sean served on Active Duty in the Air Force as an Acquisition Manager, gaining valuable leadership and management experience. In 2013, he took the reins of Madole Construction from his uncle Ken Newberry, marking a new chapter in the company's legacy. With a commitment to growth and a vision for the future, Sean Madole is poised to lead Madole Construction to even greater heights.
