I think you should make your customers aware that the polylevel system is not an exact science. I was expecting/hoping that my driveway slabs would be even with each other upon completion of the work. Certainly, they are much better than they were, but they are still off close to a quarter of an inch from one slab to the other. You should probably estimate and share tolerance levels for the completed leveling project when bidding the job. Robert was very pleasant and knowledgeable, but I don't recall him clarifying appropriate expectations for the finished project.
