  Justin did a superb job in every way, removing my very old dehumidifier and replacing it with a new one. He arrived promptly, after calling about half an hour before hand.   It is so refreshing to work with a company that does very good work and then backs up their work if a problem arises. The work done back in July to remedy the water problem has completely transformed my basement from a wet and damp useless area to a nice dry area that is both useful and a place that we want to spend time. I have lived in this house for 30 years and I never had a basement that could be used for storage or just to go work on a project in the colder months and now I have it! The company worked closely with us to design a solution that went far beyond our expectations and maximized our dollars. Our 135 year old home now has a beautiful basement space with new structural SmarttJack columns, a proper concrete slab floor, expanded headroom through a partial lowering, sealed walls and a comprehensive radon remediation system.
