What made you choose our company:

My brother and I consulted several vendors with detailed questions (in back-and-forth emails and phone calls), and no other organization felt as much like an honest, easy-to-work-with partner (vs. a vendor) as Healthy Basement Systems, particularly given the hands-on, top-quality communication of owner Rich and his team, including Kerry. I waited until today to write this review because beyond the strong customer service, I am able to happily report now--after a few drenching rains--that our basement is now dry and no water seeped in (or up from under the ground). This is the first time in recent years we can say that after a big rain. So the technical quality of their work is as solid as their communication/customer service and their commitment to excellence.
