Our Overall Service
The replacement looks fine from the inside. On the outside, however, there is a deep, long crack in the cement applied around the newly installed window that was applied to keep it in place. It runs the length of the window, and it is approximately an inch deep and half an inch wide for about 4 inches of the length of the entire crack. I am concerned that with a heavy rain, there will be leakage into the basement.
I do understand that sometimes things go wrong with repairs. It is disappointing when this happens, certainly. However, what is even more disappointing, is that I sent an email explaining the defect to [email protected] a week ago, and I have not received a call or a response to the email. This is unacceptable and poor customer service.

The guys were nice and I thought they did a good job until a week or two later when I saw that there was a deep, long crack in the cement that was applied on the outer perimeter of the newly installed basement window to keep it in place. It is not a cosmetic issue, it is a defect in workmanship and I am concerned about water coming into the basement through the crack.
