Meet our Receptionist, Krystal! 
 
Before working at Quality 1st Basement Systems, Krystal worked as a customer service representative for a mutual funds company. With eight years of customer service under her belt, Krystal will be setting our customer service department up for success!
 
Krystal is the initial point of contact between our customers and the company. When customers are calling in for either a service or estimate appointment, Krystal makes sure they are directed to the correct department. Krystal also assists our customer service team with scheduling estimate appointments.

Krystal enjoys spending time with her son and family. She is also a Disney and Mets fan!
