{promptly sent out booklets on the work that I needed and the range of options available. Kept me up to date on the start date.

Estimate was off and I got a call that the project would be $5000.00 more that it was written for. I was never notified of the pre-installation work that I need to do before the project was started. Consequently, the basement was not cleared out when the installation crew arrived.

Seems the original salesperson was no longer available when the screw showed up to start work. They had to quickly make a re-assessment of what was needed to stop the basement from leaking. I was afraid that they would need to re-schedule me after waiting for two months for the start date. But George made a few phone calls and two other sales (I think sales, or maybe engineers?) made a run to Binghamton to re-confirm work and the project started that same day. My daughter and I were able to move items from the basement so their work would not be impeded. George, Zack, Zeah, Joe, and Donavon were quick to work and performed non-stop for the four days that it took to complete the project. They were respectful, kind and courteous.

The installation crew took the time to cleanup work area and hauled all debris away.
