How knowledgeable was the energy adviser

John was very knowledgeable and was able to explain things in a way I could also understand.

Did the energy adviser explain his findings

He explained what he found and answered all questions I asked.

Was the energy adviser friendly

I didn't ask him to, but he removed his shoes and wore a mask throughout his 2 1/2 hour visit.

How pleased were you with the experience

I feel very confident in my selection of Foam It for my insulation needs.

What did they learn that was most surprising:

Nothing really surprised me. Something I really appreciated was when I asked for pricing on two different options for the insulation project, that John was happy to calculate and present both to me so I could weigh the pros/cons and then decide. It took him extra time and effort.
