When I noticed that the finish work was not done up to the standard of the "bulk" work, I contacted the salesperson. I made that call on Monday March 19th at 9:20 am. I was told that he would have something scheduled to have someone return to fix the issues. I called again March 26th at 3:40 (since I had not heard from anyone) and no one answered the phone (did not leave a message). I then called the main office to set the appointment myself. I would think the salesperson would have an interest after the sale.
Our Overall Service
I would have given this a 5 but the finish work was not done to a high standard as the rest. Access door to the crawl space slightly warped and the 2 wing nuts are not easily seated.
