Jeremy T. came today at a moment's notice to check the dehumidifier. I had rescheduled the Maintenance Check for later in July, but another company was checking for termites under my house and discovered an issue with the dehumidifier. Jeremy was so informative and explained clearly what the problem was---the need for a maintenance check and cleaning of the dehumidifier! I was so grateful for his service and the availability to fit me in his schedule so quickly. He put everything back in working order and even did extra sealing around the new vents! Thanks, Jeremy!
