Managing Owner of Carolina Basement Systems, Rich Pomales, is partnered with Larry Janesky with the mission of improving homes across North Carolina. Rich has over 20 years’ experience in the residential contracting industry with specific interest in waterproofing and repair work. This experience led Rich to Larry’s network called Contractor Nation where they developed a friendship that later turned into a business partnership. Over the years Rich has developed his skills in leadership that now drives the culture at Carolina Basement Systems by always seeking to do the right thing by his customers and employees.

Other than his pride in Carolina Basement Systems and the work we do across North Carolina, Rich has a family of five that he admires deeply. He spends most of his free time with them but enjoys activities such as basketball, lifting weights, trying new foods, and thoughtful conversation. His biggest goal as managing owner of Carolina Basement Systems would be to see our team grow as the most trusted and relied upon contractor in North Carolina.
