Cold and warm temperatures had little resistance from the inside of this crawl space.
This is a result of what can happen when you ignore foundation issues long enough... foundation problems never go away or get better - they only get worse and more expensive! Unfortunately for this homeowner, it was too late to save her existing basement wall. Fortunately for her though, she did contact the local foundation experts!
