The crawl space was encapsulated with our SilverGlo insulation boards and CleanSpace vapor barrier. Thus, providing the ultimate protection against moisture, humidity, and cold drafts.
WaterGuard is a subfloor interior drainage system that is installed around the perimeter of the basement where the floor meets the walls. Its specially designed to capture water at its entry point, and direct it to the sump pump.
We encapsulated this crawl space with our ultra-durable CleanSpace vapor barrier to provide the ultimate protection against moisture and humidity.
The CleanSpace drainage matting is laid out along the ground of the crawl space. Its dimpled design prevents water from pooling around the foundation underneath the vapor barrier.
This dimpled drainage matting goes underneath the vapor barrier to prevent water from collecting along the foundation.
These fully-adjustable steel piers immediately stop the foundation from settling and may even lift the floors above back to their original position.
This crawl space had high levels of moisture and humidity that were effecting the structural integrity of the home. The humid environment caused the existing floor joists to weaken and shift, making the floors of the home bouncy and saggy.
CleanSpace is made of 20mil thick, 7-layer polyethylene composition and is the most durable vapor barrier on the market.
