With over a decade of experience in construction and 13 years in leadership and management, Justin brings a comprehensive background in construction project management, restoration, and inspections. As a licensed NC General Contractor and Home Inspector, he has overseen a wide range of residential and commercial construction projects managing everything from initial estimates and bids to subcontractor sourcing, material procurement, cost control, and final delivery. His ability to balance quality workmanship with budget and timeline constraints has resulted in consistently successful outcomes and satisfied clients.

 

In addition to his professional accomplishments, Justin has served as a volunteer firefighter, where he further developed leadership and crisis management skills. His active involvement with Rotary Club International and his local church ministry has fostered his strengths in community engagement, team coordination, and organizational leadership. His experience spans sales, construction operations, field management, estimating, and client relations allowing him to execute projects with excellence while upholding the highest standards of safety, quality, and service.

Born and raised in Scottsdale, Arizona, Justin relocated to Denton, North Carolina in 2019 to his wife’s hometown. Married since 2018, he is a proud husband and father to two beautiful daughters, Vera (5) and Edith (3), along with their energetic Aussie-doodle mix, Luca. In his spare time, he enjoys building and remodeling properties, traveling with his family, and being outdoors whether it’s fishing, hiking, hunting, or riding four-wheelers. He is an avid learner, always striving to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually and finds purpose in helping others do the same.
