Mike has over 8 years of experience in the construction industry and serves as the Production Manager of our Raleigh branch. Before joining Carolina Basement Systems, Mike worked as a police officer and investigator. After leaving law enforcement, he built and operated a multi-inspector home inspection company and has completed over 2,000 home inspections. His background gives him a strong foundation in production management, leadership, problem-solving, scheduling, customer communication, and managing people and projects in high-pressure environments.

With his professional experience, Carolina Basement Systems knew what an asset Mike would be to the team and brought him on board. He is a driven professional who works diligently to lead his team and ensure every homeowner receives the best solutions for their basement, crawlspace, and foundation needs.

Mike lives in Carthage, NC with his wife, Casey, and their two daughters, Emma and Piper. In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, fishing and camping with his family.
