Lane was great. He spent hours at our house looking into our basement problem to make sure he offered the best solution.
We couldn’t have asked for a better crew. Angel, Rashawn, and Ortiz were very professional and hard working. They went above and beyond to keep us informed throughout the process and to make sure that we were satisfied with the finished product.
Our basement was probably cleaner when the crew left than when they started the waterproofing project. They even offered to take some broken storm windows to the dump for us.

We got multiple quotes for our basement project but ultimately went with Carolina Basement Systems because we could tell that they genuinely cared about the work they were doing, and they seemed to have to most knowledge of how to go about it. Price was very competitive. We’ve had a couple heavy rains since the installation and to no surprise our basement is water free!
