Competitive prices were much higher, but their project scope was much larger. It included the entire foundation drainage, two sump pumps and de-humidifier. I appreciated that the CBS solution was more incremental: treat the areas with water rather than the entire foundation, and defer the de-humidifier purchase until taking humidity readings. The project can be expanded later if the humidity readings do not fall into the acceptable range: 45-55%.
