Sam Agnew provided a thorough analysis of work required and detailed quote. We were looking for a turn key solution to all of the water damage issues at mom's house. Sam provided the solution that included some contractor work coordination, thus taking the task off of the homeowner! Stellar service from all aspects of this work, cradle to grave, as we IT people call it.
