What made you choose our company:

I chose CBS because they serve my area of NC which some other companies do not. Juan Carlos and his crew did an excellent job (5/5) and they were courteous and professional. JC communicated with me as I requested and took the time to answer my questions and to let me how things were going. After completion he took me on a tour of my crawlspace which I had requested to explain everything. He seemed genuinely interested that I be 100% satisfied with the job and I was.
