The fresh concrete you see will eventually dry out. Our drains are completely concealed from the eye.
The BrightWall panels will keep wall moisture out, and will filter water down to the subfloor drains.
Here you can see that our camera picked up little dust particles in the crawl space air. Studies have shown that up to 40% of the air you breathe in your home comes from your crawl space due to a phenomena called the stack effect.
By ensuring moisture is eliminated in your crawl space, it allows you to properly seal the crawl space completely.
Here you can see the SilverGlo insulation panels have been installed on the walls of the crawl space and the foam insulation was sprayed over the rim joists.
A Special Bracket is attached to the Helical Pier and also to the home's foundation footer to permanently stabilize the home and possibly lift the foundation to a level position. The red attachment on top of the brackets is what allows us to hydraulically lift the footers.
