Thorough explanation of what is going on with the ground water on the exterior of the foundation was explained well. I liked the non-confrontational approach ( "I need this now").

Jose (foreman) led a great crew of guys (Pablo, Tyler, Gage, and another technician I did not get the name of - sorry). Jose knowledgeably answered my questions throughout the day as they installed a new TripleSafe system. I feel the workmanship and quality of install were top notch. If there is a better crew in Cincinnati than this I'd like to see it. I also appreciate the care the team took with our house as they were in and out throughout the day. Quality, professional crew led by Jose. Great job guys!

I only needed to mop a small area where it got wet / dirty in the basement. They did a great job cleaning up.
