What made you choose our company:

I chose The Basement Doctor; which was at a hire cost than the competitor; but the sales representative explained the process so that I better understood why the services were necessary and I felt more secure with their method/remedies for maintaining a dry basement. 9/20 Logan Hobbs came to do an inspection and realized my equipment was faulty. The filter expired b/c the system was not sat at the correct slope/angle. He replaced the dehumidifier with another and installed it at the correct slope. He arrived promptly as scheduled, was clean and quick.
