This is the 2nd job that The Basement Doctor did at my residence. They also water proofed my partial basement in 2022.

Received several emails or texts reminding me when the crew was showing up.

Austin was knowledgeable and did a thorough job of inspecting my crawl space and pointing out things to me.

Ricky, Oscar and Matthew did a great job covering my carpets and foyer vinyl with plastic and construction paper to protect them. Ricky explained the job process and kept me informed both days they were at my home. They got down to business and worked with very few breaks. Ricky was very knowledgeable and Matt, the Operations Mgr came out to review the work and pointed out some areas of concern inside and outside of my home to me that needed attention or that I needed to keep on eye on. And I appreciate Matt providing me this information.

Did an excellent job of cleaning up upon completion of the work.
