Mike Ludz, Dennis, and Nick were cordial, professional, and certainly wanted the work done properly, even if that meant being at my house for 10 hours. You could tell they cared about the work and we're willing to go the extra mile. Mike had great leadership and they all worked well together!
Roger did a great job with the sales presentation and not pressuring us to make any quick decisions. That was important in the process.
